We provide several shipping and self-collection methods:

Regular Mail Free for purchases over $130.00

Regular Mail (2-4 working days): Purchases made $0-$129.00: $10.00

Express Mail (1-2 working days): $15.00

If you have chosen the Express Mail shipping method, you can simply track your order here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your order tracking number.
Parcel tracking is not available via normal mail hence we will not be held liable for any lost mail through normal postage. Thus, we strongly advise you to opt for express mail with tracking capability.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours after receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination’s customs clearance processes.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
In the case of redelivery of returned packages due to incomplete address provided by the customer, the full shipping fee must be paid before such delivery will take place.
